During my 30 years of service in law enforcement I served in many capacities to include Sheriff, Under Sheriff, State Patrolman, Internal Affairs Investigator and District Commander, City Police Officer, Deputy Sheriff, and Criminal/Narcotics Investigator.
As a police officer I was certified as a commercial motor vehicle inspector through level 6, general police instructor, firearms instructor, ethics instructor and radar instructor. I obtained extensive training and certifications in investigation techniques, interviews and interrogations, Critical Incident Stress Management and leadership.
After retiring from law enforcement I started a career in the transportation and construction industry where I have served as as a Vice President of Health, Safety and Risk, Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager and Director of Risk Management.
My time in the private sector has been spent regulating the commercial vehicle and construction industry and the regulations that surround them in an effort to keep companies as compliant as possible and to prevent the loss of property and life. I have an extensive background in the areas of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and OSHA rules and regulations holding a certification in OSHA 30.
Our team consists of highly trained, retired or former law enforcement officers. Each having experience and specialized training in commercial vehicles, OSHA, and safety compliance.
We have worked with many companies to ensure compliance with both state and federal regulations. 360 Dynamics actively manages compliance for companies across many states, helping them avoid steep fines or costly suspensions.
